Texas Tech has its second and final off week of the regular season in Week 13. The Red Raiders have an extra week to prepare for their regular season finale against West Virginia, team Texas Tech should be heavily favored over.

Four winners will advance to face the four teams with first-round bye in quarterfinals on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. The semifinals will be played at the Fiesta Bowl and Peach Bowl on Jan. 8 and Jan.

The bowl schedule kicks off with the HBCU Celebration Bowl on Dec. 13 and goes all the way until Jan. 2. The College Football Playoff carries us from there all the way to Jan. 19, when two teams will vie for a national championship in Miami Gardens, Florida.
