Brian King Joseph, a violinist and former "America's Got Talent" contestant, has sued Will Smith for alleged retaliation as his former employer.
Will Smith has been accused of s*xual harassment and wrongful termination by a tour violinist on his Based on a True Story: 2025 Tour ( via Variety ). In the lawsuit filed on December 31, 2025, musician Brian King Joseph named Smith and his company, Treyball Studios Management, as defendants.
According to reports from Variety, the AGT finalist accused the actor of “deliberately grooming and priming him for further s-xual exploitation.” Mail Online further reported on how Joseph became a part of Will Smith’s 2025 tour. The outlet reports that the violinist was invited to play for him in November 2024.
